Bake Sale - EVERY WEDNESDAY after school
Hot Lunch - EVERY Friday (order must be received by Thursday)Ice Pops - EVERY FRIDAY after school
CHOCOLATE CANDY BAR FUNDRAISER
The fundraiser will begin next month. Any 8th grade student that sells the candy bars will receive the profit to help pay for his/her DC/NY trip. All other profits will go to continue improving the playground.
ADVERTISE YOUR BUSINESS IN THE SCHOOL NEWSLETTER
Please submit a business card that will be printed in the weekly newsletter. This is a way to help our HCS families advertise their business. If a parent sees a business they would like to patronize, be sure to let them know you saw the ad in the newsletter.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION
Lori Jackson is our Box Tops for Education Coordinator. Our first contest starts today. The class that brings in the most Box Tops by Tuesday, October 28th will win two (2) free dress passes for each student. Each student must submit the Box Tops in a ziplock bag or envelope with your child’s name and teacher’s name on it for the class to receive credit. Our school receives two checks from the program each school year. Every box top is worth 10 cents. If you turn in the box tops before October 28th, this will increase the first check we receive in December. Our second check will be sent in April.
